Hotel rooms are clean and quite lovely, gym is quite disappointing, tiny, hot, windowless, surprised and disappointed! My biggest issue was check-in! Kelly was quite arrogant and rude, shocked that this was our first impression..not impressed…after that staff has been wonderful and hotel is quite nice!

Also, the restaurant onsite was delicious! We mentioned during check in that we were expecting and celebrating our babymoon and Christina at the front desk surprised us with a gift for our baby! I really enjoyed my stay at 1 Hotel San Francisco. The property is chic, stylish, and perfectly located close to the water with STK conveniently right across the street. The hotel feels thoughtfully designed, ergonomically friendly, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best parts for me was how pet-friendly it is—without any extra charges or hidden fees. They even provided my puppy with a cozy bed and dishes, which was such a thoughtful touch. While it is definitely on the pricier side, the experience is absolutely worth it—I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.
