"Staff was friendly and ready to help. Room was affordable and clean. Continental breakfast was wonderful. The reason I could not rate a 5 star review was because of how difficult it was to find the actual parking garage/parking lot for this facility. The bed and the pillows in the rooms were horrible. My sleep there was not very restful because of how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were"

"Hotel listing says FREE PARKING! IT IS NOT FREE! When asking, front desk said, Hotels .com fault, they updated 6 months ago to they DO charge for parking, so they dont feel accountable at all. I paid, will never stay again. "

"I just had to keep adding an additional day stay until really needed to come home. Staff was so friendly, and helpful. Lots walking distance. Was so lucky to find this place when my ride from the Amtrak did not show up do to miscommunication. I stayed in the king suit next stay I’m getting that jacuzzi."

"This location is across the street from WESTFIELD BALLY FAIR MALL and 2 blocks from SANTANA ROW. They have a laundry facilities on the property and workout gym. Free coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby with vending machines. Room has a microwave, electric stove, half sized freezer/refrigerator, desk and roll chair. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Iron board, iron and blow dryer included. "

"I would’ve given it. Five stars had the pool been operable, but they did tell me in advance that it was not in use and being worked on. Also, the beds could be a little bit more comfortable. ."
