"El Hotel muy hermoso y todo, pero tuve un percance el miércoles en el cual me asaltaron y me quitaron todo y adicional a eso me encontraba solo en Medellín y el hotel no hizo nada al respecto en brindar ni un café ni nada por lo que pasé hambre 2 días ( jueves y viernes ) solo agua en vaso ya, entiendo deben tener un protocolo para ayudar al extranjero y más aún cuando le puse seguro a mi viaje y para nada sirvió $70 Dólares botados y gracias a Pedro y juan los dueños del Negocio de al frente que fueron los que me ayudaron a poder Adelantar mi vuelo ya que tenía ataque de pánico y fueron LOS ÚNICOS EN AYUDARME Y SIN TENER QUE HACERLOS YA QUE ES UN STORE DE BEBIDAS Y NO TIENEN QUE VER CON MI PAQUETE DE VIAJE, Les recomiendo adiestrar al staff para ser más empatico cuando pasen cosas como estas al extranjero, Por mi parte NO VUELVO Y ME ENVIARON una factura de $ $1,261,683.60 el cual no sé de qué es ya que no consumo nada solo el primer día y lo pagué al momento, NO LO REMIENDO PARA NADA"

"Nos encantó todo. Super nuevo, limpio y espectacular. Céntrico de todo pero no se escucho el ruido que es súper. La única recomendación es que verifiquen los aires acondicionados ya que no enfrían como se supone. Y se apagaba solos a mitad de noche. Varios huéspedes se quejaron de lo mismo. También sería buena opción le den dos tarjetas de habitación a los huéspedes. Desayuno súper rico. Los empleados súper amables. Lo demás todo bien!"

"Location is super convenient. The hotel is connected to one of the best shopping malls in Medellín. The food is amazing so much variety to choose from. The top pool is very relaxing to swim and have a city view from the pool. Highly recommend it. From Wisconsin USA 🇺🇸 to Medellín, Colombia 🇨🇴"

"Nuestra estadía en Marquee Hotel Medellín fue sencillamente fenomenal. Desde que llegamos, todo se sintió de alta calidad: el diseño del hotel, la atención, los espacios, el ambiente y cada detalle de la experiencia. Las habitaciones son bellísimas, modernas, cómodas y muy bien cuidadas. La cama, la iluminación, la distribución, las amenidades, el minibar, el Smart TV, el Wi-Fi y todos los detalles hicieron que la estadía se sintiera premium de principio a fin. Todo estaba impecable. El desayuno también fue espectacular: fresco, bien preparado y con excelente servicio. Además, el hotel tiene unos amenities brutales: rooftop con piscina, jacuzzi y vistas hermosas de Medellín, bar, restaurante Abbiocco, espacios con mucho estilo y una vibra boutique/luxury que realmente se siente diferente. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Gaby y Aleja, quienes nos atendieron con muchísimo cariño, profesionalismo y calor humano. Fueron parte importante de que la experiencia se sintiera tan especial. Marquee tiene una ubicación privilegiada, un diseño precioso, habitaciones de alto nivel y un staff increíble. Sin duda, un hotel al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente."

"This was my third time staying at Hotel San Fernando Plaza in Medellín, and once again it exceeded all my expectations! The breakfast buffet is absolutely spectacular, with a great variety and quality. The staff truly makes your stay special—they treat you like family and make you feel right at home. The rooms are always spotless, and the housekeeping team is very attentive, leaving everything perfectly clean and beautifully arranged. The gym facilities are excellent, and the spa is also a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel 100% to anyone visiting Medellín. I will definitely keep coming to this Hotel."
