Miguel and Jusue and Fernando bellmen are excellent friendly personable and on the Job there when you need them. Their customer service is super Frado the server waiter for breakfast is super. Among other waiters are good also

Overall, the property was beautiful, but the AC kept leaking in the bedroom, living room and bathroom, therefore leaving puddles of water everywhere which made my experience crazy cause most of my time the staff was in my room cleaning up
