I had an excellent stay! I was recovering from surgery, and the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Their kindness, attention, and willingness to help made my recovery so much easier. I’m truly grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this hotel.

Best shower I have ever had! Rooms small but clean and tidy. No free water this had to be paid for. Breakfast had 4 options but small portions such as one rasher of bacon. Location was too far away for hotel trip pick ups. We always had to catch a taxi. Friendly and helpful staff.

The snacks and mini bar in the room is an additional cost. They don't provide not even drinking water. The location was good, the property was clear, rooms were a bit small. The Breakfast menu doesn't change its the same thing every morning. The staff don't speak English.

Very clean hotel with outstanding customer service. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was the best I had in Medellín. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive truly a 10/10 experience. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at this hotel was amazing from start to finish. It is my 2nd time staying in this hotel and the staff always makes you feel welcoming and always ready to help. Room is very spotless & cozy. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for great service, and comfort!
