Very basic. Could be better!

No English was spoken. Breakfast was basic and cold. Microwave available to re-warm. They charged extra (cash only) for guests. A reciept was not given. The cash was probably kępt by the receptionist. The guard At the front door was not friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, the breakfast set up, and the breakfast staff were amazing. Our stay exceeded our expectations. We would definitely consider staying again if returning to the area. It is in a very convenient location walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and other places.

hotel have perfect location, with perfect and very nice and safe area, however , room doesnt have at least a mini refrigeraton and ice is only located at lobby floor, rooms are small for the price and beds terrible , pillows and mattres poor quality, and breakfast was also poor for hotel price and staff at breakfast was rude and with very poor atention and rushing to close, and when turist ask for simple things like eggs they get mad and answer in a very rude manner, im very dissapointed and doesnt plan to come back, terrible experience in pereira and medellin too this vacation
