"Very friendly staff, clean room apart from stains on the carpet, which did not really bother me. Easy return access to Heathrow if you buy the Hotel Hoppa ticket - which stops right outside the door. What concerned me most was the layout of the hotel with the public able to walk off the street and get into a lift and access any floor without being a guest at the hotel, Yes, there were key card slots that were intended to stop non-hotel customers from accessing the corridors, but that leaves the lifts and floor lift atriums open access. Having a kettle without having tea and coffee in the room is not becoming of a 3* hotel - It is consistent with cost cutting, but not a good feel for me."

"Rooms was clean and well appointed, staff very professional and helpful. Convenient parking and access to T5 via gate to Pod service to T5. Bad has outside tables to view runway."

"Really charming staff, but breakfast ordered for the room never arrived. No reply from any of the phone numbers on the internal phone. Good room, but hotel is a little tired for the money."

"The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good, but the property is very dated. The bathroom was awkward because the tub walls were very high. The hallways and rooms are furnished in dark, depressing colors. The AC unit was located directly above our bed and began to leak condensation on our final day."

"The common areas were very nice; well maintained and quite nice. My concern was with the room itself. There just seemed to be a lack of “care.” When we checked in there was a half-eaten bag of nuts on the bathroom counter and several of those nuts were scattered on the floor in the bedroom. We appreciated the large flat screen TV but where it was placed obscured artwork on the wall behind it - nothing terrible, but it just seemed to indicate a lack of attention. Lastly, it didn’t appear the exterior windows had been cleaned in years…."
