"This is an extraordinary property – one of a kind. For anyone interested in or pleased by historic milieux this is a must-stay hotel. Features in the grounds date to Anglo-Saxon times and the main building to Tudor times. Even the 1930's changing huts by the pool are heritage-designated. Most of the staff were also excellent, notably the cheerful, accommodating receptionists (we needed an electric space heater as the weather was so unseasonably cold that the ordinary room heating system couldn't cope – this heater was delivered to our room with many apologies). The lads running the cocktail bar were also friendly. "

"Beware of hotels that book large conference groups. There were two large groups, one that partied outside our window until midnight. We could not access our original rooms as the lift was broken and my 89 year old mother could not go up the stairs. The receptionist was more interested in checking out the split ends in her hair than she was in trying to accommodate us with new rooms. When they finally did give us rooms, we had to haul five suitcases, a car seat, a two year old and my Mom in her walker by ourselves. Disgraceful. "

"Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. The only problem I had was that drawing the curtains in my room was very challenging as the rings on the curtain pole didn’t glide smoothly and you had to wrench the curtain closed and open. Food was excellent and the room was quiet overlooking a peaceful garden. A good 4 out of 5."

"The check in was excellent with a lovely manager who clearly knew how to provide wonderful customer service. The room was lovely and fresh, very spacious and had everything we could need. Breakfast was delightful. Will definitely stay again."

"The whole stay was underwhelming -Poor check-in experience -Spa very average ok massage but no way is the price justified I booked for our anniversary not worrying about the price thought it would be special it wasn’t had a better massage at local Thai shop for £60 - Bar poor choice beers local unheard of stuff tasted of nothing want him and tonic expected at least a final 5 Star hotel to have good tonic ie fevertree or Schweppes nope some london essence stuff nothing like tonic water -Food for lunch little choice ended up with flat bread which could have been frozen from a supermarket so poor was quality - Dinner even worse a real lack of choice ended up with pasta dish which had very little taste - Breakfast was worse why is 5 star hotel doing Buffett cold overcooked food and since when does English breakfast only have American style streaky bacon ?? Coffee was tasteless and I ran out of patience waiting for my toast to cook - The best part was the doorman welcome and departure nice experience I guess from that you’ll gather I won’t be back to any Fairmont forever in my mind as overpriced for average experience "

"The team here are wonderful and so accommodating. They always go above and beyond to help me out and make me feel welcome. The woman who helped me this trip was excellent and made suggestions to help me out for my next stay as well. I didn't get her name, but she was a dark haired French person. The pub is clean with great food and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. I always like the extra touches of the radio, a little drink, and the comfortable soft sheets."

"Coworth Park truly was the perfect place for us to unwind after our wedding before heading off on our honeymoon from Heathrow Airport. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, so warm, friendly, and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our stay feel special, including some lovely thoughtful treats that made it even more memorable. The food was absolutely out of this world, every meal felt like a real experience in itself. The freestanding bath tub and marshmallow bed were truly so relaxing. And the grounds are simply stunning; such a peaceful, beautiful setting that made it the perfect place to rest and soak everything in after such a big occasion. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our honeymoon."
