Clean, comfortable room; friendly, helpful staff; and super easy access from the terminal via covered walkway (about a five-minute walk). If your luggage isn't too cumbersome, and if you’re good with walking, then it's really convenient for any Heathrow terminal since train transfers between terminals are free. We'd absolutely stay again.

Everything was great, especially the staff at the restaurant. The only thing i want to point out/ warn about is that the bus going to other terminals (like terminal 5) runs every half an hour, so leave your room accordingly.

Convenient to Heathrow and a good price, so that’s ideal. Staff is very helpful and nice. I asked for my room to be cleaned after the second night but it didn’t happen. The salad I got from the restaurant downstairs had a big hair in it.
