"Great place, excellent location in quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes walk from Earls Court station. Friendly and welcoming front office. Laundry facilities onsite. It might depend on unit, but it seemed to be thin walls between our studio and the ones next to us. Fortunately we lucky with neighbors. ..."

"Terrible experience. The room was very dirty, and the hallway smelled so awful that I had to hold my nose every time I walked to my room. On top of that, the sockets didn't work and the windows wouldn't close. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Definitely not worth it"
