"I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive in Mexico, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish! The resort is absolutely stunning — surrounded by lush tropical gardens, pristine beaches, and beautiful pools. Every corner feels like paradise. The staff were beyond amazing — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout the resort was top-notch, whether at the front desk, restaurants, or poolside bars. The food and drinks were fantastic! There were so many options, from delicious buffets to à la carte restaurants with international cuisine. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the cocktails were perfectly mixed. The villas where I stayed were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially loved the attention to detail — the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate. The beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing, and there was always something to do — from snorkeling and kayaking to live shows and entertainment in the evenings. The spa was also an amazing highlight — peaceful, rejuvenating, and a great way to unwind. Overall, I can’t recommend this resort enough! It’s the perfect destination for couples, families, or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and luxury. I’m already dreaming about my next visit!"

"This is our favorite AI resort!!! (We have been to 5 others in Mexico and Punta Cana). We love the food, service and infinity pool. TRS has premium alcohol and superior food variety and quality over the other resorts we have visited. This was our second visit, so we tried to explore more of the non-TRS amenities/restaurants. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the other options and will probably stick with TRS going forward. I will say the property & rooms are showing some wear and tear - and could use a refresh. Overall - it's a wonderful choice! "

The service at this resort was 5 star (especially Alfonzo at the preferred beach), rooms beautiful and well cared for, the food/drinks were fantastic along with prompt room service on any request. We loved how secluded this resort was with miles of beaches to explore. We look forward to bringing our kids with us next trip!!!"
