"Excellent. Just wish the outdoor hot chocolate and pastry bar was open more often; we were there 4 days and didn’t see anyone behind the counter once. "

"This hotel had the perfect location. Comfortable room. The $15 daily allowance at Market is a nice touch. Beautiful Xmas decorations in lobby. Nice hotel gym. "
"The hotel room was clean and the location was very central to the tourist attractions that we visited within 2 days. I love that it's in the heart of the city. Check-in had a very long line, especially because the mobile key option was disabled. The elevators took a long time. There could be more food options on-site and it would be nice if they were offered at more economical prices. We didnt have the opportunity to use the resort credit offered for food because of limited options and extremely busy lines. The staff was friendly for the most part. There were a few inconsistencies and its hard to speak with a front desk representative. The overall hotel experience was great for my family with teenagers. I'd come back again during a non-peak season, outside of the holidays."
"Lovely 5 night stay here, rooms are clean and really spacious. Would have liked a kettle and fridge in the room as on the photos but it was great and we could get ice etc downstairs. It was quiet at night and literally out the door to Times Square. Staff friendly. "
