The location was great for Times Square! Even through all the madness of what New York City brings, the front desk staff were so nice and welcoming. My room was clean. We enjoyed the restaurant and had coffee every day. We had the room with the bunk and my son loved it. Highly recommend.!

The check in counter and bell service attendants were helpful and friendly. The gym was quite cramped with 4 people in there and unable to use some of the equipment. The only main downfall to this property was my room was not cleaned at all during my stay and there was often trash/piles of dirty towels in the hallways.
