"Solid hotel — not super luxurious or the latest, but clearly was at one point. I found everything to be decent, clean, as needed. Minor things - reception staff when I arrived could have been possibly slightly more helpful in giving basic info and answering questions. In room dining option are limited and nothing in the fridge / no snacks - a pain when jet lagged and hungry at 3am. Buffet breakfast is good - albeit overpriced as most are and busy. It wasn’t quite the Singapore experience I recall from ~20 years ago of being greeted with a glass of ice water and being waited on - perhaps just a different era now."

"We only stayed for one night but we had such an amazing time overall! During check in, the staff that was handling us was very friendly and informative. He told us about all the amenities and that day they had a movie night for kids, which my husband, child and I joined. The pool was great and was a great size for adults and kids. The room is clean and great size for our family of 3. They were even able to accommodate us with a sterilizer! Would definitely stay here again when in Sentosa!"

"At £450 or AU$900 for two nights, I expected far more than what was delivered. This hotel falls well short of basic family standards, let alone justifying its price tag. We were given a shoebox so called family room with a bunk bed, which is completely impractical when travelling with a four year old who cannot safely sleep on a high bunk. To make matters worse, the room had no window whatsoever. Calling this a family room is misleading at best. Travelling with a six month old, I was told to sterilise her bottles using the water machine in the corridor because the hotel does not provide kettles. That is simply not acceptable when you are caring for an infant. There is also no luggage storage on site, which feels like a basic oversight for any hotel, let alone one charging this much. Check in is not until 6pm, yet checkout is expected by 9am, which is a punishing window that does not suit families travelling with young children. The only saving grace is the location, right at Jewel, Terminal 1 at Changi Airport, which is genuinely convenient. Reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which only added to an already disappointing stay. Overall I would strongly advise families to look elsewhere. The price, the room and the lack of basic amenities simply do not add up."

"Loved the pool! Breakfast was pretty good. Room was too small. No place to open my large luggage. No drawers or closets for clothes. Basically lived out of our luggages and had to climb over the opened luggage and almost tripped."

"Great location but a very noisy corridor in the accommodation area. A child was running around and squealing while we tried to rest. Shower good and beds fairly comfortable. I would recommend earplugs for those sensitive to doors opening and shutting for 6 hours."

"Great location above a large mall with a large food court. Centrally located within walking distance of the museum, Arab quarter and many famous shopping streets and hawker halls. They do a great job of sharing common spaces if you need to hang out after you have checked out and are waiting to head to the airport. Loved it!!"
