I emailed Lyf, and not only did they confirm they found the money, they arranged for it to be sent by courier the very next day, to the hotel we were staying at in Kyoto. Honest, professional, and just outstanding service all around. You truly can’t go wrong staying here."

"Amazing location. Helpful staff. Clean and well-kept. I’ve see other reviews commenting on room noise from other rooms but I’ve stayed here a total of 8+ nights across two visits and it’s never been an issue for me. So maybe it varies. Laundry room on the 11th floor is a nice amenity, though it gets crowded. I really like this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next visit. You can’t beat the location."
