"We recently traveled to the Dominican Republic as a group of three families and stayed at the TRS Turquesa Hotel. Our experience was made absolutely seamless and unforgettable thanks to our incredible butler, Norielis. From day one, she went above and beyond for us. Coordinating dining for three separate families can be a challenge, but Norielis managed to get us all tables together on our very first night, and she successfully ensured we dined together every single evening of our stay. She also secured a large table for our entire group at the Chic Cabaret & Restaurant show, which was a phenomenal experience that everyone in our party absolutely loved. Norielis’s attention to detail, warmth, and dedication represent the very best of TRS Turquesa. If you get the chance to work with her, you are in the best hands!"

"An incredible stay from start to finish. Our first time in the Dominican Republic and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, shout out to Samuel, Alvin, Valencio, Joan & Eloy as bar staff, incredible service and such a laugh! The hotel was stunning, incredibly clean and modern, the swim out room was a dream, with the options of the two Excellence pools as well as the main pool & beach. Food was great, with options for every type of cuisine you could wish for, including traditional Dominican food on the breakfast buffet- Delicious!! We also sampled the spa, although expensive as a luxury treat, we could not fault the staff and the experience was well worth the money. Highly recommend the Excellence group of any all inclusive holidays, and we will certainly be back!!"

Every employee I encountered was kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, cared for, and safe throughout my entire stay. Whether I was relaxing around the resort, dining, or exploring the property, I always had peace of mind knowing the staff was attentive and looking out for their guests. The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy my vacation. I left with wonderful memories and can’t thank the team enough for making my stay so special. If you’re looking for a resort where you’ll not only enjoy beautiful surroundings but also feel genuinely safe, respected, and cared for, I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Select. "A Spectacular Stay at Barceló Bávaro Palace — Made Unforgettable by Brandol Ortega This is our ninth trip to the Dominican Republic, and we’ve stayed at quite a few resorts over the years — some better than others — but we always find ourselves coming back to this beautiful country. Our first visit to Barceló was 13–14 years ago, and it holds a special place in our hearts for good reason. This trip, we came with family and friends, and we can honestly say everything has been wonderful. The resort delivers on every front — the atmosphere, the amenities, the food — it’s the kind of place that makes you never want to leave. But the person who truly elevated our stay to something extraordinary is Brandol Ortega. Without question, the best host we have ever had — not just at Barceló, but across all nine of our Dominican Republic trips combined. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for our group made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. He is the kind of hospitality professional who doesn’t just do his job — he makes memories. "This property was an awesome experience! We loved the large pool and the easy beach access. The Mahi Mahi grill located between the pool and beach was an absolutely great place to eat and have a few drinks. Theirs staff was great and willing to help with anything!"
