Friendly staff very clean close to shops restaurant and of course the beach.. the resort has its own designated beach area which is very nice and convenient
Excellent location, good staff, although they would not allow me an extra minute past checkout time! Lovely pool area, decent breakfast, large spacious rooms.

I was a bit worried about booking this hotel because it isn’t waterfront but it is very close to the beach and in a perfect location. I was also worried because other reviews mentioned unhelpful staff—everyone we dealt with was wonderful. It’s a great price for the area and we fully enjoyed our stay.
Great resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. It's located across the street from Grace Bay Beach. Resort has shuttle service for it's guest to the beach and the beach seating area is very close to the water.
Daily breakfast was good.
Don’t expect to take long showers especially around high volume time (dinner, breakfast). Besides that very reasonable stay. Tez is the best bartender ever! Great access to the beach, grocery store and plenty of restaurants.
We arrived to be placed in a room that did not match the photos on their website. After working through it with the front desk they accommodated us. The men at the front desk were polite and helpful.
We had a fantastic stay in Providenciales. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, featuring a great shower and a cozy loveseat that made it easy to relax after a day out.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s amenities—complimentary chair and umbrella rentals made beach days effortless, and it was an easy walk to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. For added convenience, the hotel also offered a shuttle service to the beach.
The pool bar was a fun spot to unwind, serving up excellent cocktails while streaming football games on NFL RedZone, which was a nice touch for sports fans.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a great mix of comfort, convenience, and amenities in a prime location.
We loved staying here! Perfect location. The best staff ever! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Cortez and Watson! They truly made our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back.
Port of Call is in a great location with access yo great restaurants and a 3 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in Grace Bay. It no wonder they Call Turks & Caicos Paradise! The staff were very professional and courteous.

This is a beautiful island with gorgeous beaches and wonderful eateries and restaurants. It’s a small community yet perfect for us.
The Pool was great, staff friendly and there is room for improvement with upkeep and cleanliness. Beds were comfortable and linens of very good quality. Breakfasts were delicious and coffee very good as well. A very friendly place and we’ll go back. Pam
The staff was very friendly and especially Cortez at the bar. Our problem was with our room which had an odor and a bug on the bed. We were not given a different room nor the room credit we were promised.
Great centralized location to beach, shops, and restaurant.
The property was clean, but visible signs of wear and tear throughout the rooms. Could use a refresh. Staff was nice and helpful. It's very difficult to get one of their designated loungers on the beach in a good spot unless you go at the crack of dawn and wait. Great for a short stay.
