"I arrived to check in and was told my room wasn’t ready. I asked if I would be ready by check in (3pm) and they were unsure if it would be- which is ridiculous. Eventually, the room was ready after waiting for hours. The room was decent. The property, rooms, bathrooms were Clean. Front desk staff was pretty unhelpful when it came to getting information about anything. The bed/pillows were horrendous. On a positive note, the location is good. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of hills though. I really enjoyed each night they would bring a sweet treat to your room for free. That was really fun and unexpected."

"This hotel was in a perfect location! I was able to walk right outside my hotel and easily get to all of the sites around Lisbon. The metro is right in front of the building too. The room was great- nice bathroom and had everything I needed (fridge, hairdryer, water, closet, A/C). I really loved that breakfast was included. The food was fresh & there was a good variety. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because it doesn’t have an elevator. I had to carry my baggage up 3 flights of stairs. They didn’t have any staff who could help me carry it down either. Also, it says online that they have an airport shuttle. However, when I inquired about it, the receptionist said the charge is €36. An Uber to the airport is €11! Not sure why they advertise that. It is not included with your room price. I would definitely stay here again though!"

"The hotel is in a good central position on a main bus route from the airport. It is an intriguing hotel of several buildings. It's really lovely and quiet didn't feel crowded. The staff are great, the pool and restaurants are excellent. Our room wasn't huge but had a cute outside patio. The room had everything you needed including quiet aircon. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and atmospheric. We left our cases after checkout and the reception booked a taxi that arrived very quickly back to the airport."

"Room was very clean. There was no noise from the street or other rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible; eggs, hams, cheeses, variety of breads and pastries, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, syrop, and even had pastel de nata in the buffet. They also jad juices and coffee. It was a great breakfast."
