It was our 2nd stay there. Everything was perfect. The hotel is clean, the services are great, staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. Also tried a massage at the spa, it was great !

Loved our stay in July for 3 nights. Convenient location. Had the 3 room option and all the rooms were spacious. Loved the huge balcony-although it was very hot and ours did not have any shade late in the day. Too hot to sit outside and enjoy that time of the year.

All the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Thje buffet breakfast was very good, and the food at the sister hotel up the road was also very good. Our Junior Suite had everything we needed and was cleaned/changed regularly. The weather was extremely hot during our stay, so we didn't use the gym or the rooftop bar, so can't comment.

Check in was fast and friendly. Staff were so nice and informative. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was soft-medium and very comfortable. Slept very well. Always Nespresso coffee in the room. Shower was strong and spacious. There was turndown service in the late afternoon. Chocolates on the bed. Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh pastries and à la carte items included. Amazing salmon or bacon eggs Benedict. Fantastic location on a serene and lovely street. Hotel was an oasis after walking back from downtown core. Felt like not a touristy area at all, was a relief from the crowds. Reminds us of the Champs Élysées in Paris. Welcome bottle of wine and champagne for our Anniversary. Highly recommend, would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location is excellent. The only concern was the room for a King was very tiny (avoid end room) as in two bags will not allow you to walk around the bed. Also, Doors frequently slam and it is quite loud as it shook the walls when the neighbor entered their room (first time scares the crap out of you when in a deep sleep at 1 am). However, the front desk staff was very helpful. Overall, I found it a bit pricey for what you get, A walk in guest at the front desk while I was seated there got the same room I had booked for 75 Euro cheaper than what I had booked, so booking well in advance not recommended.
