"The room we were first allocated was unfortunately next to a number of outside air con units. These were quite noisy and would have kept us awake. However, when I pointed this out to the reception team, we were quickly moved to a quiet room. I was impressed with the quiet, efficient way the staff handled this to ensure our stay was perfect. "An idealic stay close to Lydden Race Circuit for me & my son in a twin room. Beautiful room, infact, more a bedsit studio aptmt which was unexpected. Lovely views of the Kent countryside, also lovely & quiet. Parked right outside the entrance to the hotel too & loved the complimentary touches in the room incl choc chip cookies. All very nice."
