"Generally the standard of hygiene could be improved dramatically , just very dusty and dirty in certain areas. They just need to hoover the carpet more.
We had a blocked sink and the water wasn’t very warm despite setting to maximum. I understand other guests had similar issues.
Positives were - very friendly staff, comfy bed and oreo snacks were nice"
