"We had a great stay! Cleanliness was great and the staff were caring and amazing. I must mention though 3 out of 6 of us had severe GI issues while there and they were sick for a solid 24 hours. The buffet options weren’t the best and the refrigeration of the burger meat at the station by the pool was questionable. The app was broken so we didn’t know what activities were happening and when. We wanted to play pool and ping pong but there wasn’t chauk for the sticks or rackets/balls available. In the evenings, there wasn’t much happening for entertainment until the show started. Still enjoyed my stay and the pool was great during the day! "

"This property is small enough to be very personal, but large enough to have all amenities. Many of the staff gets to know your name by the end of the week! Check in and out was very easy. The restaurants food was excellent, with lots of variety each day. Beachside service was second to none, with plenty of beachside chairs available."

"Horrible absolutely do not stay here. Horrible waste of money. Basically it’s a bunch of drunk obnoxious parents and their l teenage underage kids drunk rude disrespectful thieves parents and kids both acting like they’re better than everyone else. No one is friendly or wants to be friends or have a good time. It’s primarily all 14–20 yr old kids drunk. Do not bring ur daughter here or allow her to go. The food is horrible and tastes like garbage. Better be up at 7 am to put ur towel on ur chair before going back to bed for a couple more hours if u can sleep thru the constant noise of housekeeping the blasting music screening kids and the drunk guests. The staff and management concierge? Useless. They shouldn’t even be there as they accomplish nothing. All they will tell u is what they can’t do not what they can do to help you, and even if they do it will be so pathetic or so overly priced sufficient is not even enough to describe how useless it will be. They use the “idk Spanish” bs to get out of everything or not do anything for u. I could go on and on but head my advice this place is 0/10. Stay elsewhere. Hardrock needs to take their name off this PAM hotel disaster, such a disgrace. Oh and the food taste like a tough leather shoe. Won’t ever stay here or another hardrock ever again. "

"Pros: Location, friendly staff, safety, activities for kids Cons: two restaurants for breakfast but same menu ( although the options and good quality is good). You technically have Mexican ot Italian options for dinner ( Azul restaurant was fancy looking but pretty bad food). One program on Saturday night and that was pretty much it. The resort feels safe for family and saw lots of spring break kids but still a family friendly resort. If your kid is looking to spend spring break here, it is a good option as it has a good balance of safety/ food/ things to do."

"It was a last minute trip booked on Sat. and arrived Sunday morning. We stayed for 5 days. The hotel was beautiful with 2 pools with lot of beach chairs and the infinity pool was amazing beautiful. The room was clean, staffs are very friendly, meals were great. We tried all restaurants overall, we love it!! However, booked a cirque de soleil show with transportation through Expedia. Didn’t receive any notification about where and what time to pick up until last minute which was the morning of the day of the show. Got to the lobby 10 mins early but the shuttle left 20 mins before the expected time. One of the concierge at the hotel named Cynthia, she helped us arranged transportation and we arrived safely and on time. I have to special thank you to Cynthia! Thank you very much once again. We definitely recommend to all my friends and family. "
