I truly felt right at home during my stay at One Cancun Centro Hotel. The entire facility was comfortable, clean, and very well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make my visit as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I also really appreciated the private pool area, the spotless lobby, and the convenience of having reasonably priced snacks, sodas, water, and fresh sandwiches available at any time. Habitación muy pequeña, pero limpia. Baño bien. El desayuno es cordial, siempre hay chilaquiles verdes o rojos, y preparan huevo, aunque ese si de plano no es nada bueno, el café bueno, té, fruta, cereal, leche y opino que si dieran pan de dulce sería un 10/10. Respecto al personal es muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a atender les doy un 10/10. Quiero mencionar que si deseas hacer actividades específicamente es cancún el hotel está bien, pero si es para todas las atracciones lo ideal es hospedarte en playa del carmen

Where do I begin? This hotel was a shock from the moment we arrived. The room looked very different from the pictures on Expedia. We had to ask for an extra towel, and when we looked for a hair dryer, there wasn’t one in the room—nor was there an iron. When we requested an iron, they told us we had to leave our passport with management, which felt very uncomfortable. The next morning at breakfast, I found a hair in the fruit salad bowl and immediately lost my appetite. The bathroom sink was also very dirty. There weren’t even any tissue boxes provided in the room. We ended up leaving as soon as we found a decent hotel so we could actually enjoy our stay in Cancun.

El personal tiene 5 ⭐️, la habitación bien, por favor revisen la cama, el piso está a desnivel, dormimos con los pies hacia arriba la cama está a desnivel, lo más incómodo del mundo, tuvimos que dormir del lado contrario por que parecía que dormíamos colgados de pies, tendí presión alta y eso me afectó y dormí muy poco y muy mal, desde las 5 de la mañana el escándalo de pisadas fue insoportable, puertas azotadas y talones sonando como caminado con zancos, es el primera vez que dormir en un ONE es un martirio. Por favor se lo pido, cambien la cama de la habitación 216 es horrible!!! Intenten dormir ahí y me comparten si pueden pasar más de 1 hora sin que su sangre baje toda a la cabeza y sus jugos gástricos pasen por su garganta, llegando a casa dormí 12 horas por el cansancio y ue fue pasar esa noche tan incómoda. Por favor tomen en cuenta que si elegimos pasar una noche ahí es para descansar, y que sus huéspedes respeten el descanso de los demás huéspedes… repito ARREGLEN EL PISO Y CAMBIEN LA CAMA INFERNAL.
