The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a ton of cool amenities. The hotel app is amazing too - you can do everything through it, like book a massage, make restaurant reservations, and even get a ride. It’s all very well-organized.

The sight leads you to believe there is stuff from the kids to do at the resort, but other than a SMALL kids zone there isn't anything for the teenagers to do. Food was decent. The staff is amazing!

Some of the restaurants are either extra money to eat at or you need an upgraded reservation to access. Not truly all inclusive in my opinion when it comes to food options. Staff were friendly.

First time in cancun stayed at the grand oasis had a blast pretty landscapes, nice pool areas ,nice adult pools too, had a few diffrent areas to eat had some great tasting steak , drink beer while i was there wiah it had another type of beer to drink instead of XX all the time but it was good .
