Not bad for the price, near the bus station which is good if you take the bus to downtown from the airport and only have carryon it’s an easy walk. Clubs with loud music on either side but didn’t affect my sleep. Needs some minor renovations but all around decent for a cheap hotel in cancun.

Property was decent for the money, but it desperately needs some maintenance in many areas. Staff was very friendly and room was kept clean. Excellent water pressure and good working AC unit, unfortunately no fridge in the rooms. Bar across the street turns up the music very loud and is noticeable till 3 or 4am ….. definitely bring some earplugs 😂

Convenient location, way too noisy

Hotel is conveniently located near main ADO bus terminal. However, condition of room was fair and wifi was slow. Biggest issue was non-stop noise from club across the street until 3am (on a Sunday night). Staff was unwilling to move us to a room further from street. Don't stay here. There are better, quieter hotels which are also close to the bus terminal in the same price range.

Looks can be deceiving

The bed was not a real bed but a concrete slab with a mattress on it. The mattress was o.k The water pressure was non existent, hot water run out, the breakfast that they advertise in the room is a restaurant 2 blocks away, but what is offered in the room is not what you get when you go to the restaurant.
