"Amazing installations and service. Personnel make you feel welcomed and invited to their home. Lovely and Kind. We left very early in the morning and they anticipated the breakfast service so we didn’t travel almost 2 hours with nothing. Place is quite new and super clean. Definitely awesome and 100% recommended! "

"Fomos muito bem atendidos, a Pousada é aconchegante e bem cuidada. O café da manhã é ótimo e os colaboradores são atenciosos. O ambiente em meio ao verde propicia tranquilidade e sossego, a menos de 02km do Centro. Como observação passível de melhoria poderiam fazer um tratamento acústico nos quartos, ouvem-se claramente as conversas, a TV e outros “sons” dos hóspedes as lado e isso causa um certo desconforto. No mais a Pousada é maravilhosa, certamente recomendamos."

"Very cute hotel near downtown Gramado. Employees are very kind, patient, and friendly. Room was very clean, but also very small. Since we were out and about a lot the small room didn't matter too much, but I was surprised how small it was. Shower was nice with good water pressure. I would stay here again easily especially for the comfortable bed, nice shower, and wonderful people that work there. "
