Hotel belíssimo! Funcionários super atenciosos e solícitos. Café da manhã extraordinário! Quarto aconchegante, com sistema de calefação e ar-condicionado ótimos, chuveiro excelente. Decoração linda em todos os ambientes. Na saída fomos presenteados com um kit lanchinho para a viagem. Tivemos uma experiência incrível e com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar no Hotel Daara.

Estadia como sempre muito boa. Ótimo café da manhã, limpeza impecável e ótimo atendimento por parte da equipe. Uma dica para o hotel: todo o sábado à noite música ao vivo no restaurante, poderia ser um piano (instrumento que é a cara do hotel) ou um violão. Nada de música alta, somente para curtir, beber um vinho e jantar, junto à linda lareira. Criaria uma demanda para o restaurante do hotel à noite, que atualmente não é tão aproveitado como poderia ser.

Acredito ter sido um dos melhores hotéis que nós hospedamos em Gramado, começando pelo atendimento, até as instalações do hotel. O pessoal que trabalha no hotel sempre muito solícitos, educados e simpáticos, auxiliando que no que era necessário. O hotel conta com um espaço de Spa que é maravilhoso. Vc pode reservar um tempo e aproveitar a jacuzzi, relaxando depois de uma massagem que o o hotel também oferece (com um valor à parte), mas que vale tudo! A Vanessa que presta o serviço de massagem pro hotel, foi simplesmente maravilhosa, muito querida e a massagem maravilhosa! No café da manhã vc tem a opção de pedir algumas coisinhas que estão no cardápio, no QRcod em cima da mesa…delícia! Ah! O hotel também tem o serviço de valet, que é bastante funcional! O hotel é tão gostoso em todos os níveis que decidimos ficar mais 2 noites a mais e quase que mais 4 dias hahahahaha..também pudera! Estar em Gramado, num hotel charmoso com uma galera do staff nota 10, não tem coração que resista!
