Banheiro estava com bastante caruncho. O café da manhã disponível no restaurante é terceirizado. A informação que o hotel passou que seria a kilo. Porém, no dia era a lacarte. Uma opção bem a quem. Além de caro.
O quarto não estava de acordo com a reserva e não era adequado para acomodar cinco pessoas. Pedi para trocar de quarto, o hotel não resolveu e disse que eu teria que resolver com terceiro, porque os quartos são de propriedade de "administradores". Tentei resolver, mas teria que pagar mais (para ter um quarto compatível com a reserva) e não consegui trocar de quarto. Além disso, o sofá-cama estava sujo e é desconfortável, a limpeza estava péssima. Já estive neste hotel antes e o quarto desta reserva deveria ser melhor do que o anterior, mas a qualidade era muito inferior. Por tudo isso, fomos embora um dia antes do check-out, porque não havia condições de permanecer no quarto.
Sem dúvida a pior experiencia que tive.Hotel com uma estrutura antiga, falta manutenção, falta interação com hospodes, faltou água, ficamos com banheiro interditado por quase 16hrs sem poder nem lavar as mãos em época de pandemia.
Atendimento um capitulo a parte se quiser usar a lareira sujiro que peça umas 2 ou 3hrs antes pq nao virá antes disso, pois na parte da noite tem apenas 1 unico atendente no hotel ineiro.
Se vc quiser aqueles saches de sal, açúcar ou adocante prepare seu bolso será cobrado R$2,00 mais 10% para levar no seu quarto.
Quer tomar café da manhã pague a parte por isso, pq como diz na descrição da estadia é cobrado, mesmo vc se hospedando num dos hoteis mais caro de Canela.
Ah para finalizar nao siga indicação do endereço pq vai te levar no hotel vizinho que consegue ser pior que os da reserva em relação ao abandono, por isso se chegar a noite como foi nosso caso terá um pequeno susto porem será uma pequena prévia do como será a sua estadia.
Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, o quarto era ótimo, confortável, limpinho. Todo mundo do hotel era muito educado, traziam lenha no quarto para uso da lareira, eram cordiais e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Parabéns pelo ambiente tão acolhedor, espero voltar logo!
Já é a segunda vez que hospedo-me nesse ano e com certeza voltarei mais vezes, o lugar é excelente, só falta um bom café da manhã que não é servido aos hóspedes.
O quarto é muito espaçoso e o local muito bonito. Contudo, há um problema no quarto, pois é separado do quarto ao lado por uma porta, que os liga (quartos podem ser conjugados). Contudo, esta porta não tem isolamento acústico algum, de modo que qualquer conversa do vizinho, televisão ligada, etc., parece estar dentro do seu quarto.
Fomos muito bem recebidos, quarto muito bom...
Só tenho uma reclamação, pois não durmi bem, a cama( colchão) é muito macia, tanto no quarto, como o colchão que foi colocado na sala.
Como tenho problemas na coluna, não consegui durmir...
