O custo de R$ 35,00 para estacionar sem sequer haver um manobrista a disposição para conforto dos hóspedes. A televisão do quarto não estava configurada, e o funcionário deslocado pela recepção para configurar não sabia fazer a configuração, o que me fez perder tempo como hóspede tendo que pesquisar sobre e concluir sozinho a configuração. A descarga apresentava falhas para reabastecer.

Quarto com roupa de cama rasgada. Toalhas ruins de baixa absorção. Ausência de água quente no chuveiro e pressão da água ruim. Sabonetes líquidos com muita água misturada. Mau cheiro dos ralos do banheiro e exaustor na funciona. Café da manhã sem rotatividade de produtos e local muito quente (ar confinado não era ligado para gelar. Talheres velhos e xícaras quebradas. Ausência de serviço para pedir algo fora da mesa do café (omelete ou tapioca). O maior incômodo foi a abordagem ditaria de pessoas do hotel tentando vender serviços, algo que era feito no café da manhã, no almoço e a noite.
