Great hotel,, breakfast buffet was very good, someone cooking eggs,tapioca ,, juice breads coffe fruit, cakes. Only problem you need to drive or uber to town. They do have shuttle but only every hour

My stay at the Wyndham Gramado was nothing short of exceptional. Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, cleanliness is central to their operations and hotel offerings such as pool and dining were simply top-notch. Shame we didn’t get to experience more of the property as we were in town for a conference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gramado- just be sure to rent a car as you’ll need it to venture into the beautiful town.

The property is newer & nice. The breakfast is great however any other time we tried to go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner it was closed. The pools are nice & warm. You have to pay an additional $7 a day for parking. They valet but it takes a long time to get your car because there are always people waiting. The first night we didn’t have any water and then the second day they did not give us any clean towels we had to go ask for them. We stayed at 4 hotels over our 10 day trip and this was did not impress me as much as I would have expected from the pictures,etc

Upon arriving at the facility, there was a huge line of people waiting to check in. Waited about 1 hour in line and line did not even move. Gave up on checking in, went out to get dinner with my family and then came back around 9 pm to try again. Check in was easy at this time. Hotel was clean, but no house keeper will come to freshen up the room or even pick up dirty towels and replace with new ones. Breakfast is amazing but the room service and lunch/dinner menu changed over the year. Pizza is no longer available and kids menu is not helpful if you have a picky eater. Room stayed cold. Heater was not working properly. No extra blankets in room. Have to request. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a bit overpriced based on its location. Available Liquid soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are of very poor quality.

Um hotel muito bom .Os recepcionista como Jean e o Lucas , me ofereceram ótimo atendimento a todo momento em que precisei, inclusive com um erro do app hotéis.com que me deu café mas depois deu erro no segundo dia e resolveram sem me cobrar nada ... Fica a desejar a limpeza na hidromassagem, bem como não haver regulagen de temperatura, o que deixou a água muito mais fria do que a piscina termal , um erro que afetou vários hóspedes que tentaram e não ficaram confortáveis nas jazuzzis . Deveriam rever e deixar o cliente escolher a temperatura ou ao menos manter a temperatura da piscina

Insatisfatório

O hotel estava com alta lotação e a estrutura do estabelecimento não tem capacidade para bem atender os hóspedes. O café da manhã é extremamente bagunçado e o buffet do jantar bem precário. No quarto, o vaso entupiu e o chuveiro não corria muita água. Os carros ficam em estacionamento com manobrista, mas demoram para trazer os veículos quando pedidos. Alem disso, o hotel fica longe do centro e o transfer oferecido é insuficiente.

Hotel incrível, quarto confortável, piscina top, tivemos um pequeno imprevisto na questão da arrumação do quarto, 2 dias sem troca de toalhas e limpeza, tivemos que fazer uma reclamação na recepção, fora isso, tudo perfeito, espero que resolvam apenas essa questão, pois outras pessoas reclamaram do mesmo assunto. A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas não comporta o número de pessoas que frequentam na alta temporada. O café da manhã sem a necessária reposição dos alimentos e o do jantar com pouquíssima variedade, também com demora de reposição.

Eu estrutura impecável, mas atendimento ruim!

O hotel é maravilhoso, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar. Tudo muito caro, só estacionamento aos barzinhos e restaurante. Absurdamente caro! Outra coisa que não gostei foi a arrumação do quarto, cada dia tava de um jeito e tinha dias que deixavam um toalhas molhadas na cama e na bancada. O que percebemos é que são poucos funcionários para uma demanda grande, inclusive em época de férias. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel… é top, mas caro e precário no atendimento.
