Pontos positivos: a equipe é bem prestativa, a cama do hotel é muito boa, a localização é excelente e o chuveiro a gás também. Para quem viaja com crianças, a divisão do quarto (que possui dois ambientes) é ótima porque tem porta e garante a privacidade do casal. Pontos que podem melhorar: comunicação (o hotel não respondeu nenhuma das mensagens que mandei aqui pelo app), poderia ter secador de cabelo disponível, um nicho no box pra colocar nossos itens de higiene (não há espaço algum para apoiarmos nossos pertences), os travesseiros eram finos e o Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto inteiro. Duas coisas que me chatearam profundamente foram a abordagem insistente de pessoas inclusive DENTRO do hotel para vender cotas de empreendimentos e outra coisa foi que minha irmã encontrou um pedaço de unha no bolo de mandioca. Chamei a funcionária que estava limpando as mesas, ela retirou o prato para levar pro gerente e voltou como se nada tivesse acontecido (nem desculpas pediu).

O hotel é lindo e muito confortável. O quarto é bem amplo e podemos ficar em uma unidade que tinha até pia e microondas. A equipe foi sempre muito solicita. Só tenho dois pontos que me incomodou. O primeiro foi em relação a cobrança da taxa de servico. Essa taxa era optativa, porém a equipe da recepção não nos informou. Apenas disse que era um valor referente ao imposto da estadia na cidade. Em momento algum iria me recusar a fazer o pagamento da taxa, pois a considero muito justa pelo bom atendimento da equipe para conosco, porém me senti enganada na falta de clareza quanto a esse valor. O outro ponto foi em relação a abordagem dos vendedores de cotas do hotel, fica bem desconfortável essa abordagem no nosso café da manhã. Tirando esses fatos, gostei muito do hotel e pretendo voltar mais vezes.

O hotel é muito bom. E próximo ao meu trabalho. Está precisando de uma manutenção pequena em alguns móveis do quarto, e portas do banheiro e box. Mas no geral, o quarto é muito bom, camas confortáveis, tem cobertores e travesseiros extras, chuveiro forte e água morna.

O pessoal do café da manhã é simpático, mas a Tatiana é excepcional, trabalha com amor e alegria e transmite isso em cada cumprimento dela. O pessoal da recepção é receptivo, principalmente o Marcelo, muito cordial e simpático. O gerente André, muito atencioso e simpático. O café da manhã é muito sortido, várias opções. E a vista do local é maravilhosa. Uma sugestão: os móveis e portas do banheiro, por conta da umidade, então precisando de manutenção. Mas as camas são muito confortáveis, e o chuveiro maravilhoso. Os boxes também precisam de um pouquinho de manutenção.

Comércios a 500 metros , pois fica no final da Av Borges de Medeiros, mas de Uber tudo fica próximo. O hotel cobra taxa de serviços encima do valor da hospedagem, além da taxa de turismo imposta pela cidade de Gramado.

O Hotel deveria ter uma manutenção mais efetiva. Ficamos no apto 203 por três diárias e desde o primeiro dia solicitamos na recepção ganchos ou varal para as toalhas de rosto no banheiro bem como a reposição do espelho de aumento, o qual foi retirado ou caiu, ficando só um buraco na parede. No mais, tudo funcionou bem.
