Surpreendeu

Foi surpreendente, esperava pouco e fui surpreendido. Hotel novo, limpo, bonito. Atendimento de primeira, recepcionistas extremamente simpáticas, agradáveis, gentis, me chamou atenção o esforço para atender a todos em especial um grupo chinês que não falava português e inglês e elas se dedicando e tentando ajudar.(Natália, Clair e Julia). Quarto bem limpo, toalhas perfumadas, pedi uma gentileza de desmanchar a cama extra que tinha no quarto na mesma hora a camareira veio sorridente e querida arrumar. Em matéria de atendimento, são exemplo!
