"The service is outstanding! Every member of the team was wonderful and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious and clean. The fitness center was tiny. Two people cannot stretch or use the weights only one person at a time. The park behind the hotel was very sketchy… we saw a man trying to “feel up” a young woman who was sadly under the influence. There were lots of shady activities in the park, it didn’t look or feel safe. we walked through once and avoided it all other times. However the area directly on front of the hotel was great! We had dinner at one of the adjacent restaurants and it was a great experience. We used St. Paul street for easy access to the central town and all restaurants in the gothic quarter."
