The hotel is in a great central location, close to local transport making it easy to get to. The staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond to my pre-arrival requests/questions. We were on holiday for a family birthday and the hotel staff acknowledged this with a little something in the room which was a lovely touch. The room was stunning with wonderful views, would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.

The stay was good. Hard to shave without hot water. Warm doesn’t cut it. I like a bar of soap & when I have shower gel provided, a facecloth would have helped. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature adjustable and nice. Water pressure good & very nice stay. Just missing a couple key things for me.

Beautiful hotel which looks almost brand new offers all the amenities of the best hotels in the world. Spacious comfortable rooms, great food & bar services and friendly helpful staff. Rooftop bar restaurant/grill is great as is the main bar and restaurant on floor one. I give it five stars.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully presented and the rooftop bar is worth a walkabout and drink at night-with some spectacular views over Barcelona! Hotel is well placed with regards to shops and tourist attractions, as well as the underground-if you wanted to travel that way. Breakfast buffet is super-it covers what most people would want. A wonderful stay.
