Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was at the front of the hotel and we did not hear any noise from La Rambles. Only negative was that there was no drinking water in the room or a kettle. You could ask for a kettle

I stayed twice one week apart for a cruise. I give this hotel a 4 and not a 5 since I had different experiences (cleanliness and safety) during each stay. But what was consistent was the good service. I’d stay there again. If you are going to stay there in a terrace room, ask for the 3rd floor or higher. The 2nd floor terrace is connected to a roof. Avoid that and you’ll have a good stay.

This hotel was in the perfect location!! It was quiet, clean and easy to walk to everything and safe. The front desk staff were so sweet and willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona.

Booked a 2 twin bed room. When I asked front desk to switch the bed to twin beds they told me they were unable as housekeeping was not available after 3:00pm and offered no other resolution.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Close to train station. And very nice staff. Only complaint is the walls are paper thin making it very noisy if people are cleaning outside or checking in/out. Could hear the shower and toilet in the room next door as if it was in our room. Otherwise, great and would stay again.
