Took us back in after the global outage cancelled our flights to Ibiza. Provided us instantly with a room and upgraded our rooms since we were affected terribly by said outage. Wonderful view of La Sagrada from room and have a rooftop that overviews La Sagrada.

The location is superb. The property isn't up to par for the price paid. The tape around tub was not fully glued to the wall. There was 2 strands of hair stuck on the shower handle. Comforters were not set on bed. It was stored in the closet. I am not sure if that was intentional though. Staff was friendly although check in took longer than other properties I stayed in.

This hotel has the best view of Sagrada Familia in the rooftop bar. It's in walking distance from all the restaurants and shops. The area is very safe and walkable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
