The rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the hotel does not reflect the images provided online. The ceiling was sagging due to water damage but it was very old. It looks like no one is taking care of the property. Water leak from the shower into the water closet

Hôtel overall had a great location but felt very over hyped. Air conditioning didn’t work properly in our room. We were supposed to have a superb view on the marina, but in fact the view we had was directly on a rooftop filled with AC units and leaking pipes. Really not worth the price we paid, won’t be coming back there

The W Barcelona made my trip! I honestly enjoyed the hotel and its amenities just as much as the city! Room service was really good and fast. The view from the room was amazing!

Everything was fantastic been friend for years. Didn’t get accommodated for the upstairs restaurant. Made a reservation for the wrong day. That’s on me. But, at least a cocktail to See upstairs would have been Nice the insider and concierge team was next level.
