Super friendly and beautifully decorated small hotel. The owners always on call and very helpful. They were in the middle of renovating the kitchen and setting up a restaurant and we look forward to having a meal there next time we stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mas de Baix. It is a little gem of a hotel in a lovely little town with lots of great restaurants to choose from. It is a short drive from a lovely beach with free parking, and easy to get the train into Barcelona. The hosts are delightful and really helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious.

Most beautiful hotel

Charming tranquil oasis! Stunning hotel bursting with style and character. You are welcomed by owners the second you arrive who cannot do enough for you. 100% is put into every detail here. Spotlessly clean. This hotel deserves outstanding marks all round! Hotel is situated a short drive from Barcelona & nearby local beaches. My ideal place❤️

Hotel con encanto.

Tuvimos una agradable experiencia, hotel en antigua masia, la cual se esta reformando para mejorar el servicio. Entorno tranquilo, personal atento y amable, alguien un poco locuaz incluso....., asesoran bien respecto a restauracion si lo necesitas. Area de piscina muy comoda. La Suite Barcelona tiene una cama enorme y muy comoda, espaciosa. Como dato menos positivo, el complicado acceso a la bañera, se vuelve algo peligroso al salir mojado. Si se reformara seria perfecto. Resumiendo hotel recomendable en un pueblo con elevado nivel gastronomico.

Un lugar encantador en una tranquila ubicación. Todo correcto... Habitación espaciosa y llena de pequeños detalles. Calidad de sábanas, toallas, etc... Realmente el precio es muy atractivo, quizá porque estaban en obras ¿? Como única pega, las habitaciones de la parte trasera tienen poca luz natural.

F1 trip

What a brilliant hotel run by an amazing couple. Everything was perfect from the morning breakfast, the room, the view. Beds were so comfy and black out curtains a big plus. If you are thinking about it then book this hotel. Deserve all the success in the world 10/10.

Een verademing in Cabrils

Prachtig hotel met authentieke details. Gastheer en gastvrouw superaardig en behulpzaam. Zalig ontbijt, prima sanitair en bed. Een rustige omgeving met grotere plaatsen in de buurt. Aanrader dus. Gaan hier zeker een keer terug.

Super plek om weg van het toerisme uit te rusten

Voor een introverte geek zoals mezelf die na 6 jaar eens terug op verlof ging, was dit de ideale plek om uit te rusten. Ik had mijn privacy,dakterras, ging waar ik wou en het voelde alsof ik s'avonds terug thuis kwam. De eerste 4 dagen van mijn verblijf was ik de enigste in het hotel dus van mijn kamer "Menorca" zat ik onmiddelijk op de hal waar ik op computer zat te surfen, waterkoker en tassen/melk/suiker/thee en de toegang naar het dakterras waar ik ging roken maar met meerdere gasten nadien in het hotel leek het alsof ik op de 2de verdieping woonde. Francesc en zijn vrouw en medepersoneel zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, je voelt je even een medebewoner van hun prachtige woonst tijdens je verblijf. Cabrils zelf bied alles wat je nodig hebt, supermarktje,bakkers,beenhouwerij,apotheken,en 8 restaurants. Met de C12 bus die om de 15/20 min rijdt tot s'avonds laat ben je zo in Vilassar De Mar , de kuststad met iets meer winkels,bezienswaardigheden en het strand. Van hieruit kan je met de R1 trein tot Badalona op ongeveer 20 minuten , tevens een kuststad vanwaar je met de metro L2/L5 Pompe De Feu tot in hartje Barcelona geraakt op 15/20 minuten.

Not the easiest place to find in the dark - but once you locate and enter the big sliding doors, it's an oasis of calm. There is parking for residents within the property – beware, it’s a tight turn! A lovely old building with high ceilings and so much character and charm. The owner, Francesc, was always smiling and friendly. He speaks good English which is handy! The other staff were equally friendly and we managed to communicate with our odd words of Spanish and sign language. Our room, Pamplona, looked over the garden and was very peaceful. A/c worked well and was quiet and there was good wi-fi. Not a huge room but more than adequate and airy. As with the rest of the hotel, our room was immaculately clean with white linen and towels changed daily. We enjoyed breakfast under parasols in the courtyard. Cooked egg, bacon, plus the usual yoghurts, cold meats, fruit, cereals, croissants, toast, etc. and wonderful coffee made to order! The garden is well tended around a lovely small pool, complete with towels for sunbathing. We were delighted that there were so many restaurants in the very local area. Literally within five minutes amble we visited three, all excellent, and there were several others to choose from. But do remember that this is not a tourist area so most don’t open in the evening until around 9.00pm and lunch is usually taken after 2.00pm. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and our taste of Catalonia and certainly hope to return.
