It was our first visit to Barcelona and the staff was very friendly and accommodating for us. We arrived before check in and was able to store our luggage until the room was ready. They provided a guide of things we were able to walk to with ease and made a few recommendations for eating and sightseeing. Rooms were also comfortable. Would definitely stay again when we revisit.
