"We checked in at 2:45 for a 3pm check in and our room was not ready until 4:40 pm. On top of that the elevators in the property do not work and caused us to wait 20-30 minutes every morning. We ended up having to take the stairs multiple times. "

"We had the top floor which was appreciated, but this was a standard room. Appreciated the larger room in general, nice sized bathroom. The breakfast included was better than expected, and we enjoyed sitting on the rooftop deck on level 21 taking in the vista of midtown - fantastic view both during the day and at night!"

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado la habitación limpia, el problema es q tienen muy poco personal y el q esta no ayuda en nada. Llegamos con 10 maletas por q estábamos de mudanza. No salio nadie ayudarnos a mi hija y a mi. Nos veían y no hacían nada. Pedí una habitación q decía vista soho pague por eso y la habitación estaba ventana con ventana a un edificio. Lo peor fue la asistencia del personal."
