The location is perfect — just steps from Taksim Square, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The hotel is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job, and the amenities (spa, gym, and breakfast) were all top-notch. The reception team was polite, professional, and always willing to help. The only suggestion we’d make is that for long-stay guests like us, a bit more personalized attention and small gestures of care would go a long way — it makes a big difference when staying for an extended period.
