I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, and the lobby made a great first impression — grand and beautifully designed. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location was excellent, just behind Taksim Square, making it easy to reach many of the city’s main attractions on foot. Room service was available 24 hours and was excellent. Although I didn’t have the chance to use all the amenities, they looked fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

View is stunning. Reception staff and cleaners were great. Disappointingly restaurant staff had only limited knowledge of customer service and lots of them didn't speak english.

Beautiful Property, amazing staff, highly professional and extremely courteous, best team and property in Istanbul in my opinion. Hilton old needs major remodeling, Ritz small rooms and suits, no outdoor space or pool, expensive yet very limited facilities, Fourseason amazingly beautiful too expensive
