"Kumsal Butik Otel’de fiyatlar normaldi. Genel olarak güzeldi diyebilirim. Ancak girişte kötü bir koku vardı ve temizlik konusunda yetersizdi. 3 gün boyunca odada temizlik yapılmadı. Sabah kahvaltısının aşağıda olacağını sanmıştık, fakat bilgi verilmedi. Masada kimse yoktu birine sorduğumda kahvaltının başka bir yerde olduğunu öğrendik, bu yüzden biraz geç kaldık. Samimiyet konusunda da eksiklik hissettik."

"Most of the staff’s hospitality, especially at the front desk and in the breakfast hall (restaurant), did not match the hotel's elegance and standards. A simple smile would have made a big difference. That said, the lady, Hengame, and the SPA staff were easily approachable and provided excellent service."
