"Rezervasyona 1 saat kala Ece Suite’te odanın kombisinin bozuk olduğu söylenerek Kumsal Hotel’e yönlendirildik. Daha küçük bir odaya alındık, itiraz edince önce “yok” denilen başka bir odaya geçtik. "The showers flood to the whole bathroom after a few minutes. I thought this issue was just with my room, but I stayed with other 4 colleagues, each of us on our own room, and all showers had the same issue. Also air-conditioner is not working and after asking the staff they mentioned they only turn the master system on the hotter days. Had pretty bad nights in a very hot room."
