What an awesome team of professional staff across the hotel, from the reception to the spa, gym and restaurants. I stayed many times at this hotel and overall it was great but this time I have two comments, when I checked in the girl was not so friendly and gave me a smoking room while mine should be non smoking Second, the bathroom sanitary were not good and the shower was leaking and drain was blocked. Other than that no tooth brush or paste was provided

DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST AT HOTEL. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. THE SUSHI RESTAURANT WAS VERY VERY GOOD.

Nice hotel but commuting to the historic parts of Istanbul like blue mosque etc. is a bit tough with the traffic these days.

Ulaşım iyi ama odalar eski

Girişte resepsiyonistin ısrarla provizyon alması çok rahatsız edici. Böyle bir otelde resepsiyondakiler daha güleryüzlü olabilir. Check-out sırasında belboy yoktu ve valizleri kendimiz taşıdık. Havaalanı ulaşımı iyi bir avantaj ama odalar eskimiş ve artık yenilenmeleri gerekiyor
