I had a wonderful stay at the Ottoman Hotel in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The spa facilities are absolutely lovely and a great way to relax—especially since they open early at 6:30, which is perfect for starting the day refreshed. The location is fantastic, with a tram stop just meters away, making it really easy to get around the city and explore all the main attractions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Overall great hotel. Sauna, steam room and pool are amazing, and included. Hamam was cold. The sauna and steam rooms are seperate for men and women. But the pool and gym is together. Breakfast was amazing lots of options and the fruit is fresh. The rooms did have a smell to them since they are not smoke free, the towels stink like smoke and some of the blankets are worn. But the houskeeping is good.

We reserved their family room which is a two bedroom suite. The room is fantastic. There were some issues with the A/C but they came and fixed it quickly. Breakfast is good, a little bit of options on the main dish is recommended (e.g., serving French fries not a breakfast item) Overall very satisfied with the hotel stay.
