"This is a great hotel to stay at right after arriving in Surabaya. The shuttle service from the airport was an absolute blessing to us as we were tired from over 30 hours of air travel. "Amazing staff, very clean. Next to shopping centre which was great. Downsides - restaurant had only one wine by the glass so we had to eat elsewhere and two pools, only one gets the sun in the morning but this was reserved for guests in the next hotel (Westin) and not allowed usage. "
