Service is excellent from front desk team, to F&B Pavillion, especially ( Bu Indah / Greeters, Pak Wachid / guest relation, and Bu Atik / Kitchen, and of course the rest of the teams too ). Memorable stay.

Hospitality at its finest!!!

We all are very impressed with how well the hotel is run. Among 5-star hotels in Surabaya and Jakarta, this hotel is the best and service truly stands out. Room service was prompt and courteous, the Executive Lounge offered excellent food, drinks, and personalized attention, and breakfast at the Pavilion was outstanding.

The hotel is a bit old, but comfortable. The pool is smaller than I expected and has a lot of bugs. The accommodation itself is recommended. The breakfast was also good.

Enjoy the stay at JW Marriott Surabaya

I enjoyed my 3-day stay at JW Marriott Surabaya, staff was super nice. Kiki at Front Desk made my check in super easy and smooth, and Andyta, Putri, Oliv and Bima at lounge made me feel at home, they remembered all my favorite drink and foods. I appreciate their care and attention.

I stayed here with my family, including two kids, and our experience was fantastic. The staff thoughtfully provided a tent for the kids as a welcome gesture, which was incredibly sweet. I slept like a baby—the bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless. The service was outstanding, with special thanks to Dilla, Sri, and Tulus for their exceptional care. The JW never disappoints. From the pick up to the drop off we were impressed. The check in was easy and the employees could not have been more helpful. The room was huge. We had a fabulous dinner at Uppercut which is deserving of all its awards. Fabulous all the way around.

Great hotel! But with cigarette smell in our room

In general, the hotel was nice. The staff were attentive and the service was excellent. Good selection of local cuisine at breakfast which we enjoyed. Only issue was the periodic smell of cigarette smoke in our room even though our room was a non-smoking room. This could have come from either the aircon vents or the service stairwell which was directly opposite our room.

This hotel was recommended to me. I got a good rate and the propery pitures looked good. From the moment i walked in it was obvious this was a quality hotel. Top quality service from start to finish. I was offer an upgrade for $50/night, i decided to take it since i was only staying 2 nights. I'm not sure but i believe my room was better, i used the executive lounge which i really enjoyed. The fitness centre i didn't use but i should've. I can't say enough about the staff. The hotel will even offer a take away breakfast if you asked.
