Henann Regency Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean room and a large and well equpped bathroom. Beds are comfortable and noise insulation pretty good giving you a good chance to get good sleep. Breakfast has decent options. It gets quite busy during peak hours but staff work well to clear out tables and get you seated. I wish there was a better system for basic things like coffee etc. The pools were also clean and a good depth for young kids. Access to the beach and activities was amazing. One issue I had was at check out at reception ... they send out someone to check your room (to see that everything is in order I guess and nothing missing or damaged). I have no issue with that but the process took very long. I was waiting for over 20 minutes and had my shuttle to the airport waiting for me. In the end, I just informed them to notify my via email/phone if there were any issues and left the resort. I encourage management to speed up and streamline the check out process. Overall, I had a great experience in this resort and highly recommend"

"Complimentary Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was able to timely repair the uncooling AC even at night. Poolside access and skypool was amazin. The 8am opening for the pool is a little off since people would want to swim earlier"
