"As a retired former resort manager who now spends around 9 months a year living in hotels, i know that a happy staff makes for a happy family, and a happy family can make a hotel stay for guests feel like a 'home away from home'. This was my first stay at the Movenpik, and I know already it will not be my last, I was here for 9 days and I will leave happy and with the fondest of memories. The grounds were beautiful, my room was more than comfortable, my meals were delicious, but it was the staff who made my stay especially memorable- and it is them who deserve a special shout out. To Jewel and Rey and Ivan who checked me in and made me comfortable and welcome from my first moments on the property; to Gelo and Garry and Ivan and Jane and Oli and AJ and Kyle and Ben and Clent and the rest of the staff at The Market who made my poolside breakfast such a pleasure every day; to Stephen and Jasper and Ana and Aishiyll who kept my room clean and engaged me in lovely conversations everyday; and to Mark and Laverne and James and Willy and Jay and Arlene and Mika Rose and the rest of the beach side staff who made my time by the sea so enjoyable- I thank you all most sincerely for making my stay such a memorable one. "This was my first time staying at Hennan Prime and I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. The delicious breakfast buffet was probably my favorite part! Dried fish and suka with garlic fried rice was to die for! I loved their mango juice, ube waffle and ube champorado. The only thing I didnt like was the pina colada (definitely needed more pineapple and more coconut cream. The ube colada was also very underwhelming. But the room was nice and spacious. The pool was clean and the housekeeping staff was amazing. Shout out to the General Manager Kevin for ensuring that our stay was perfect"

"I recently stayed at Henann Regency & Spa and found the overall experience disappointing. From the moment of arrival, the reception lacked warmth and hospitality. The staff immediately requested the deposit without offering a proper greeting, welcome drink, or even a simple inquiry about our journey. These small gestures would have made a meaningful difference. Upon entering our room, I took a quick shower and discovered that the drain was clogged, causing water to back up. Attempts to contact housekeeping were unsuccessful as the phone was not working, and my partner had to go to reception to report the issue. When maintenance arrived, he promptly attributed the problem to hair in the drain, despite the fact that I had not washed my hair. We were then relocated to the adjacent room; however, the Wi-Fi connection there was consistently poor throughout our stay. It was only the night before our departure that a staff member informed us that certain rooms have Wi-Fi dead spots, including ours. If this is a known issue, appropriate measures such as installing Wi-Fi boosters should be implemented. At the breakfast buffet, no explanation of the process was provided, leaving us to navigate it on our own. The check-out experience was similarly unsatisfactory. The receptionist did not inquire about our stay and immediately proceeded to deduct a fee from the deposit due to a lost key card. When I requested a feedback form, her tone was discourteous, and she stated it would be provided"
