Staff is nice and friendly, and tries to make your stay which also helps. However, some of our luggage got damaged on the way to the hotel. When asked how they would handle it, the staff tried to blame it on the third party of transport, and saying they will contact us after we left. If they manage to find a solution, I might update this review, but until then it was not a place I would recommend unless you want an OK location beach-wise and don’t care about luggage or breakfast.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room itself was clean and the staff were generally polite, which I appreciated. However, there were a few significant issues that affected our overall comfort. We came as a group and booked a total of 5 rooms. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 5 rooms had air conditioning units that were blowing very weak air. In our case, we reported the issue multiple times and were told to wait 20–30 minutes for it to cool down, but even after 2 hours, the room remained hot. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with an 11-month-old who was already sweating and uncomfortable. It took several follow-ups before any action was taken, and eventually we were all moved to different rooms. Additionally, the pool area did not feel well-maintained. Some of the tiles were loose, and a sharp piece actually came off and injured my husband’s foot. While the staff did offer to bring him to a clinic, I believe there should have been more accountability or compensation given that this involved a safety issue with the amenities we paid for. Overall, while the cleanliness and staff attitude were good, the delays in resolving issues, multiple room issues within our group, and safety concerns were disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

A great hotel and a great location with excellent staff.The a la carte dining at the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. rooms were a decent size and clean. It was very family friendly with lots of activities and amenities for kids. I did not travel with my children on this trip but would 100% bring them back to this hotel in the future. Everything was within a short walk from the hotel and easy to reach by foot or an e-bike if you prefer. The standout in this hotel is the staff. From the drivers to the reception staff, even the security guards are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff were always incredibly pleasant, proactive and very accommodating to different schedules.

A spacious and comfortable family room

We had been staying elsewhere in Boracay however desperately needed a night with more space and comfy beds and Hue was perfect. We enjoyed the staff assiting with early check in and swim/drinks/food in arvo at the bar. Only downside was someone ringing doorbell late at night and waking us unecessarily and distirbing our beautiful sleep in the comfy beds and a toilet that had a slight drip in second room. Breakfast was amazing too...pity we had to leave so early. We will be back if ever in Boracay.

Hue Hotels was an amazing experience, it was clean, modern, comfortable, and had excellent room design. The breakfast was slightly different each day, which was appreciated, and the service was fast & high quality. Upon arrival we were missing hand soap but it was easy to request it via room phone and they brought it up right away. Amenities like beach towels, extra toothbrushes, and fresh towels daily were provided. The pool bar service was excellent and they were very friendly to talk to. They even helped us find our shuttle to go back to the airport. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again!
